Cohort Programmes

Group-based SSB preparation — learn, practise, and grow alongside fellow aspirants, under expert guidance.

Prepare for SSB Together, Perform Better Individually

Structure. Practice. Community.

SSB preparation isn’t only about one-on-one mentoring — many Officer Like Qualities are best developed in a group setting. Group Discussions, Command Tasks, Group Planning Exercises, and Lecturettes all need real practice with real people, not just theory.

Our Cohort Programmes bring together a small, committed batch of aspirants who train together over weeks — practising GTO tasks, mock group interviews, and peer-feedback sessions, all guided directly by Col Vineet’s assessor experience.

This format gives you the discipline of a structured timeline, the energy of group learning, and the honest, individual feedback every candidate needs to genuinely improve.

A Life Shaped by Service, Leadership & Purpose

Why Join a Cohort Programme

Many OLQs — cooperation, initiative, social adaptability, effective communication — simply cannot be developed alone in front of a mirror. They show up only when you’re working with other people, under pressure, in real time. A cohort gives you that environment safely, repeatedly, and with expert feedback, rather than experiencing it for the first time on the actual SSB ground.

Batch Formation

A small group of committed aspirants is formed, matched roughly by target entry (NDA, CDS, TES, AFCAT, etc.) and timeline.

After every task, each member receives specific feedback — both from Col Vineet and through structured peer observation.

    Common Questions

    1. Who should join a cohort programme?

Anyone preparing for SSB who wants real practice with GD, GPE, and group tasks alongside other aspirants — first-timers and repeaters alike.

One-on-one mentoring focuses on your individual psych tests, PI prep, and personal weak areas. Cohort programmes specifically build the group-task skills that need real peer interaction to practise.

Batches are kept small and focused, so that every member gets adequate speaking time and individual feedback in each session.

All cohort sessions are conducted online via Google Meet or Zoom on weekends, so aspirants from anywhere in India or abroad can join.

Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Cohort plans are valid for 90 days from purchase to accommodate college and work schedules.
